Specifically, I cannot, and will not, make any guarantee/warrantee that a specific product or service, or any product/service used in conjunction with any other product or service, will be successful for you. This is because I cannot possibly know whether you will make proper use of any product(s) and/or service(s) that you get from me, regardless of how you get them from me - whether you purchase them or get them through a free offer. Success is measured strictly by your ability/willingness to use the products/services within their given capacity.

Some of the products and services I offer have their own warrantee/guarantees. Those products and/or services guarantees/warrantees will be stated within their respective online/offline literature. Unless a guarantee/warrantee is explicitly expressed within a respective product's or service's literature, either online or offline, you agree that a guarantee/warrantee does not apply to the product and/or service. My Privacy Statement

Currently I do not use "Cookies" or any other type of software, script or programming code, to gather information about you while you're visiting my Site. The only way I receive any information about you online, is if you either submit your information through one of my forms pages, or if you send an email to me.

I do not sell, rent, lease, share or give your information to anyone not directly employed by, or affiliated directly with FrankDimond.com unless I am subpoenaed to do so by law enforcement authorities. The only exception to this is if you violate any of the Terms of this Agreement, such as submitting child pornography or using my email address(es) to send spam mail. I will then take whatever action is necessary to report you to the proper legal authorities.

I reserve the right to add your name, email address and mailing address (if applicable) to my mailing list. You may remove yourself from my mailing list at any time. Removal instructions will be available in any email message that I send to you as a solicitation. Personal email messages, from me to you in response to an email or request I receive from you, will not include removal instructions, as I understand that, by your submission, you are expecting a response from me.

Although my Site does not contain any information that would be of interest or value to children, I do not knowingly target children in any of my mailings, including email campaigns or offline direct mail campaigns.

Termination

Either FrankDimond.com or you may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notification. To terminate your Agreement with my Site's Terms of Use, simply email me: frank@frankdimond.com or send me notification via U.S. Mail to the address included within the section "Contact Information" below.

Even after termination, this Agreement remains in effect. This means that you are still bound by the Terms. You are still unable to violate any of these Terms including but not limited to my copyright notices, posts made to my Site, or links to my Site.

Terminating my Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Agreement will not affect or terminate any other agreements you may have with me. Such agreements are not governed by these Terms, but are considered to be separate and apart from this document.

Should any legal action be required, such action will take place in the State of Florida, in the United States of America. Such action will be taken in a court of law that has jurisdiction to arbitrate the action.
